As all of our items are handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the order is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including providing a replacement or a full refund based on the situation. To initiate a return for a defective item, please send us a detailed description of the issue along with clear photos of the defect. Please note that items returned due to customer preference or change of mind cannot be accepted.
